Shawn Shamsian, PhD

Dr. Shamsian brings over 25 years of experience in software development, specializing in system architecture, implementation, project management, and product leadership. Prior to joining Nextware Technologies, he held senior leadership roles at MSC Software and Adexa, where he successfully led development teams responsible for software products generating more than $100 million in revenue.
In addition to his industry experience, Dr. Shamsian currently serves as a Teaching Faculty member in the Computer Science Department at the University of Southern California, where he teaches graduate-level courses in Algorithm Design. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
